Free First Sunday: Slow Art Appreciation

Join us for a fun and free day at the Museum, designed to spark your imagination and to help you discover the wonder of art through close observation and creativity.
What to do:
- Grab a free sketchbook, pencil, and colored pencils at the front desk.
- Choose an interesting icon and spend 5-10 minutes looking at it closely.
- Sketch or write down what you see and how it makes you feel in your notebook.
- Repeat this process throughout the Museum with different artworks
Use your sketches as inspiration to create your own work of art at our craft maker space.
